A Memorial Day for sure!

The pictures posted below were taken during our Memorial Day weekend trip to Cherokee. Tim, Robyn and Emma came up for a fun filled weekend. We went to the White Squirrel Festival, played with all the kittens and farm animals, Sam's ball game (victory again), caught the tail end of the Corvette show in Maggie, ate Greek and played dominoes...all squeezed into two days and nights...We know how to have fun.

Well...its that time again..spring in the mountains...wonderful time of year..the time of year when we enjoy the cool mornings, the spring showers, and the beautiful flowers..it is the time of the year when we almost fool ourselves into believing we can keep up with the weeds in the garden this year..will have time to mow every weekend (and enjoy it), and have all the home grown tomatoes that we want this year...yeah right..time will tell.
